Rice , pasta and/or potatoes Use Fresh Cream or Tinned Tomatoes as sauces Learn how to make pancakes (Certain hostels offer free morning pancakes) 4+ weet-bix in the morning to set you up for the day Re-fill a bottle of water for drinking . This will save you heaps on soft drinks .
